Q: WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?

A: We ship worldwide. The shipping time depends on each individual country. Standard shipping method usually takes around 6-16 days to arrive to all EU countries, and 5-9 days to USA.

Fast shipping method is shipped with DHL express and it roughly requires 3-5 business days to arrive once your parcel has left our fulfillment center.

 

Q: CAN I RETURN THE BOUGHT ITEMS?

A: Items bought on Luxtic.life will gladly be accepted for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Items must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume or any other damages. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs.

 

In the event your item is damaged or defected [we're deeply sorry!] Please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange.

Any international returns received later than 60 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender.

 

Q: WHAT PAYMENT METHODS TO YOU OFFER?

A: We offer various different payment methods. You select the prefered one at checkout. You can choose between paying with a credit card, Paypal..and any other payments that support international transfears.

 

Q: MY COUPON CODE IS NOT WORKING. WHY?

A: If you are having difficulties with your coupon code please contact us, as the code may no longer be valid. Please note that coupon codes cannot be combined with any other current offers, sales, or promotions.

 

Q: WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED?

A: If you cannot locate your package, feel free to contact us at support@luxtic.life and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.

 

Q: HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN?

A: Please contact support@luxtic.life and we will send you further instructions.

 

Q: I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?

A: In the rare event that the item you received is not in pristine condition [we're truly sorry!] Please contact our team with a photo of the damage before sending the product back. Our team will gladly assist you with reshipping the item out to you in a timely manner.
