Luxtic.life guarantees return or exchange within 30 days after delivery if you are not satisfied with our products. Please feel free to contact us in your order by submitting the ticket, and we will reply to you within 24 hours.

 

Refund & Exchanges Steps

Step 1: Contact us on support@luxtic.life to let us assist you with your return procedure.

Step 2: Indicate the item(s) you would like to return and the reason, we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Step 3: After receiving return instructions from us, please package the item(s) up and keep the items in good condition and well packaged. Send the package and provide your return tracking number for us.

Step 4: Keep tracking of the logistic info, once it has been delivered successfully, please kindly inform us so that we could arrange the refund for you as soon as possible.

Step 5: Normally please allow 5-7 business days for transit, plus an additional 7-10 business days for processing after arrival at our Fulfillment Center. You will receive a notification email once we process your refund.

 

Notes:

The original shipping fee and shipping charges on returns from custumer are non-refundable. Please note, the only available return is a self-sending method to the address provided to you by one of our representatives. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send to the address that our customer service provided. We do not accept returned packages with payment included.
